Terms of service

Linksets browser extension, web app and linksets.app · Effective October 20, 2026

In short
  • Your sets, links and pages are yours. You let us store and show them so Linksets can work.
  • Share honest links: no scams, malware, illegal content, or things you don't have the right to share.
  • Pro is a subscription you can cancel any time in Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Prices and product details come from shops and can change. Check the shop before you buy.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Danish Ajaib trading as Linksets, ABN 72 677 135 357 (“Linksets”, “we”, “us”), for using the Linksets browser extension, the web app and the pages on linksets.app (together, “Linksets”). By using Linksets you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep and why.

Your account

You can use the extension without an account. Syncing, public pages and Pro need you to sign in with Google. You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live (or have a parent or guardian agree for you). Keep your Google account secure: what happens under your sign-in is your responsibility.

Your content

Everything you add (sets, links, titles, notes, discount codes, FAQs, images you upload and your profile) stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it as needed to run Linksets: syncing it between your devices, reading product details from the pages you link to, and publishing the sets and profile you choose to share, including in link previews and embeds. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies other people have already made of your public pages.

You confirm you have the right to share what you publish, including any images, logos and videos you upload.

Public pages and fair use

When you share a set or your profile, anyone with the link can see it. Please don't use Linksets to share or promote:

Links on public pages are checked against Google's lists of unsafe sites, and links found there are hidden automatically. Visitors can report a page. We may hide links, take down pages or suspend accounts that break these terms, and where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why.

Please don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of Linksets (for example by faking views or clicks, scraping at scale, or probing for security holes). If you find a security problem, email us and we'll fix it.

Affiliate links and disclosures

If you earn from links you share (for example as an Amazon Associate), you're responsible for following that programme's rules and the advertising laws that apply to you, including telling your audience that you may earn from their purchases. Linksets adds Amazon's disclosure line to pages with Amazon affiliate links. That helps, and your own disclosures in your videos and posts are still needed.

Followers and emails

Visitors can follow a set you make followable. They confirm by email and can unfollow from any email. You see how many people follow a set, never their addresses, and only visitors themselves can sign up as followers.

Linksets Pro

Other people's sites

Links on Linksets lead to sites we don't run. Product images, prices, stock and store names are read from those sites and can be out of date. Anything you buy is between you and the shop. Tracked links (linksets.app/go/…) count the click, then send you on to the shop.

Changes to Linksets

We keep improving Linksets, so features can change, and we may set limits (for example on upload sizes) to keep it running well. If we ever remove a paid feature or close Linksets, we'll give you notice and time to export your data, and refund any prepaid time you can no longer use.

Ending things

You can stop using Linksets and delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your cloud data and public pages. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Linksets reliable and your data safe. We provide it “as is”, and we can't promise it will always be available or error free, so keep your own backup of anything important (Settings → Download a backup).

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost commissions or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is more.

These terms keep every right you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where those laws let us limit our liability, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we'll change the effective date above. For significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using Linksets after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there can hear disputes about them. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protections your local consumer laws give you.
